October is National Principals Month, a time to recognize the vital role school leaders play in student success. Roane County Schools is proud to join districts across the nation in honoring our principals for their dedication, leadership, and service to students, teachers, and families.

Principals wear many hats: mentor, problem solver, communicator, and instructional leader. They work tirelessly to create safe, welcoming schools where students can grow academically and personally. Their leadership also provides teachers with the guidance and support needed to deliver high-quality instruction each day.

Throughout October, Roane County Schools encourages families, students, and staff to take a moment to thank their principals for the many ways they make a difference.

Roane County Schools extends heartfelt appreciation to each of our principals for their leadership, compassion, and dedication to excellence in education.
